I just re-read this, because I SAW the buzz around your head after you wrote that piece for the RockBand site. It was visible. I love the enthusiasm, the passion written on your face, evident in your smile, as you tackle projects that resonate so deeply with you.

Pop culture guru, writer of reviews, commentator on all things comics related -- whatever you choose to write about (and I'm not saying you have to pick ONE! -- I just want to see you do it more feel the love!

My problem at this point is that I’m actually busy at work now, and likely will be so for the next several weeks. And for better or worse, during the day (in other words, while at work) is when I tend to do my best writing. So I’m going to have to alter my habits some, I think, so I can get some stuff done–hell, I haven’t posted anything here since this post on Sunday. Naughty, naughty me.

You and me both, Ellen. Part of my problem has always been the desire to write everything; part of my problem has been a feeling that the things I want to write aren't Important Enough. I'm working on fixing both of those, however. :)

I do know writers like this (John seems to be one of them) but I'm sure not one of 'em. I've been flailing about for years trying to figure out what I want to write when I grow up. :}
